«Big negotiation school» is a program, dedicated to director’s preparation for important negotiations.

 

Each participant leads over 20 negotiations and receives feedback from a professional business-trainer. Studies with people of the same level.  


During four trainings participants prepare for upcoming negotiations: set their goals, develop strategy, work out their behavior in any scenario:

•  Precise algorithm and technology on leading negotiations; 
•  Achieve goal without loss of contact with partner;  
•  Prepare directors for upcoming negotiations;  
•  Teach to overcome resistance on partners side.
